The rental is on the second floor with no one above you. The full open design gives the loft apartment and you space to breathe. Open up the floor to ceiling windows to see the sun rise on the Flatirons. Raise the shades just a bit in the evening and see the lights of Pearl St. Cool mornings can be enjoyed in the courtyard and quiet star filled nights on the private deck.

This rental is completely furnished; you just need to bring your clothes and toiletries. The bedroom comes equipped with a queens size bed and reading lamps. The guest room is a convertible office set up for those people who just stop by or happen to hear that you’re staying in Boulder for a few months. Live and work in Boulder, Colorado.
