Our corporate executive rental was designed to accomodate a professional (or two) working from home. There are two distinct work areas which provide privacy from one another. Our one workstation, opposite the kitchen area is where you’ll find the laptop plugin as well as a Dell desktop set up for friendly browsing and internet searches.

Our wirelss hub also allows the executive to sit on the couch or be in the bedroom. Take your work wherever you’d like around the 1085 square foot floorplan or step out onto the deck.

Cable TV was recently installed to allow our coporate execuitves access to the current news and happenings of the world. DVD and VCR also allow the rental to become a relaxing area where one can watch movies and unwind.

With only 7 other units in this building privacy is something that comes with the contract. Most of the other units are occupied by owners who spend the majority of there time at 1st homes or other locations.

Executives we know seldomly give themselves time to eat, much less socialize. The location of this rental allows you to do both by just stepping out your door. Driving in Boulder means you live too far away or you hurt yourself sking. Why drive when less than a five minute walk you can drink a cup of coffee, grab a bottle of wine, pick up dinner for two, peruse the shelves of bookstores, or see a street peformer put himself in a box.
